Create a free account, add credit when you are ready to call, and choose whether you want browser calling, mobile/SIP calling, a Voipfibre number, SMS, or offline access numbers.
Yes. Voipfibre can call regular landline and mobile numbers. The person you call does not need the app or an internet connection.
A Voipfibre number can support incoming calls, SMS, caller identity, forwarding, greetings, recordings, missed-call alerts, and message history depending on the selected number.
Yes, SMS-capable numbers can send and receive messages from the dashboard. You can also receive email alerts for new SMS activity.
Yes. Browser calling lets you dial from the online dashboard with a web dialer, recent calls, mute, DTMF, device handling, and recording status where enabled.
Call recording is available where it is enabled for the selected calling setup, number, or route. Recorded call activity appears with call history where supported.
Check that your account is activated, your email is verified, and you are using the correct username and password. If the problem continues, contact support with your account email.
New accounts may require email verification. Look for the activation email, including your spam folder, and contact support if the account stays blocked.
Card payments are usually visible quickly. Bank transfers can take longer depending on the bank and country. Contact support if a confirmed payment does not appear.
Yes. Offline access numbers let you connect through local phone lines, which is useful when internet quality is weak or unavailable.
