We currently offer 3 types of accounts,

Normal

For Regular users.

Reseller

For Reseller accounts. Resellers can have their own website and a whitelabel Company on their own, with their own set of customers. To get a reseller account, please contact admin@voipfibre.com.

Enterprise

This type of account is for Companies or call centers. The same rates for a normal User will be applied here. No extra charges. Enterprise accounts have an advantage to add multiple employee users inside the Enterprise account itself. Credit need not be added to each employee. The employees will use the Credit from The Enterprise account. For an Employee User, Please Contact admin@voipfibre.com.

Your account will be blocked automatically when you register a new account with us. You can activate your account by Clicking on the Activation link sent to your registered email ID. If this is not the case, Please contact admin@voipfibre.com.
Check your Internet connection or Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) regarding this. Voip calls may be blocked in your country.
When you have upgraded your account. The old apps wont work anymore. Please download the latest apps after loging in to the new account Dashboard. Download links for all device will be given.
In the Zoiper application, Click on Settings on the Menu bar -> Click on Preferences -> Go to Advanced Settings in main Tab -> Click on Security tab -> Put tick on checkbox that says "Disable Certificate Verification" -> Click OK.
Please make sure your account is activated and Not blocked. If your account is blocked, it might be due to unverified Email. Please make sure you have clicked on the Verification link sent to you during account creation to your Registered Maid ID. Check your Spam folder in case you cannot find the mail in Inbox.
