1. Terms and conditions
Welcome to our website www.voipfibre.com. These terms and conditions, together with any Additional Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy applicable to the Voipfibre website and services, form the agreement that governs your use of and access to Voipfibre.com, including the content, data, and information contained therein.
Your use of Voipfibre.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this agreement, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time by Voipfibre.com in accordance with this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are not permitted to use or access Voipfibre.com.
2. SERVICE
Voip Call is an Internet based Telephone Service System. Telemarketing or other illegal activities are prohibited. Subscribers found to be using the service for these purposes will be subject to immediate disconnection and/or further legal action.
Subscribers found to be using more than one account may be blocked unless prior permission has been obtained.
Voip Call requires a broadband internet connection. Any interruption to the broadband connection, device, or computer connected to that connection could cause Quality of Service issues. Voip Calls are carried over the public internet, and therefore the security of these calls is not guaranteed.
Quality of Voip Call is entirely dependent on the bandwidth available at both ends of each call.
3. CALL CHARGES
Calls made are subject to call setup charges and other applicable charges mentioned in the respective VoIP providers' price charts. Any changes may be notified on the respective VoIP providers' websites or by email to existing customers.
All those who purchase VoIP services from Voipfibre.com should note that Voipfibre.com is responsible to transfer credits to the relevant VoIP user account. If Voipfibre.com is unable to do so, the payment received may be returned after deducting any exchange difference or service charges incurred for online transactions.
4. LIABILITY
Voipfibre.com accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss caused due to the unavailability of the service for any reason, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
No liability is accepted for any call intercepted, overheard, delayed, dropped, or lost over the public internet by a third party.
Voipfibre.com is not responsible for the quality or availability of services provided by third-party companies where those services are outside its control.
5. MEMBERSHIP
Voipfibre.com membership is available to bona fide users all over the world without discrimination of nationality, ethnicity, religion, or gender. Members are liable to furnish their details truthfully and are obliged to use and transact through the service without fraudulent intention to manipulate or misuse it.
Voipfibre.com holds the authority to use all available technical means and legal facilities to protect its interests, but is not liable to members if their membership facility is misused by a third party due to the member's negligence. This membership facility is not transferable and is authorized only to be used by the registered member.
Accounts may be deactivated where required. Account records may be retained where needed for service, billing, compliance, legal, or operational reasons.
